Light Bulb For front and Back Blinker?!?

Hello,
I wanted to know what kind of bulbs you need to get to change the front and back blinker bulbs. I want to change them to white instead of that amber orange color. If anyone knows where to get the bulbs and how to do it please help!

Thanks,
Shai!!!

Why you would want white turn lights in back is a mystery but in any case it's illegal and makes no sense.

Out of all my time on this forum, I have never seen another w204 with a thread about changing the front blinker bulbs to stealth or clear.... Has this not been posted about or done yet or I am just missing it??

I too would like to get rid of the orange in the front headlight...

Can someone please direct me to what type of bulb the front blinkers require that changes them to stealth bulbs and get rid of the ugly orange look???

Is there a good reason not many have done this besides the fact its illegal??

I've found these, but no one seems to have tried them.
http://www.ddmtuning.com/products/Ch...s-198-134.html
Front is 3357, and rear is 7507.
It's not illegal.

Ok 1st off I don't think its illegal, cuz when you turn your blinker on it still flashes orange. And this been covered plenty of times, you prob just missed it not a big deal! But off the top of my head I don't know the bulb size, I would just try and do a search.. I used stealthauto.com for my clear corners in the front.. You can buy them anywhereQUOTE=rb23lb;3817542]Out of all my time on this forum, I have never seen another w204 with a thread about changing the front blinker bulbs to stealth or clear.... Not sure about the back because I have the LED one, but I believe they are either 1156 (Single Circuit) or 1157 (Dual Circuit). My advice is to use the chrome bulbs, so it looks clear when off and amber when lit. It is dangerous to just use the clear bulbs because that part of the taillighs are already white and in the daytime, other drivers won't be able to tell if your blinkers are already on or not.

For the front I used Sylvania 3457AST SilverStar. Here are the pics I took over a year ago,

Plenty of people have changed both the front and rear turn signals to chromed amber. I switched those as well as the sidemarkers. Fronts are 3457A (amber) and have a wedge/rectangular base. Rears are PY21W which equate to a bunch of diff. std numbers. The base is the round, offset "bayonet" style where the prongs are 90degs apart I do believe.
You can even make your own by dipping/painting your stock ambers. I think AZN_C300 chimed in on a diff. thread about that.
Can take some pics if needed, but I thought this was pretty std practice for most.

Probably *the* easiest of all the bulbs to change since the bulb is attached to the twist-off caps. As such, there isn't even a connector to take off. So, just twist-off, pop old bulb, insert new. Doneja.

ps the bulbs i have all the way around are from Michiba and are called "Silver Coat Lamp"

i notice it looks blue/greenish with the silver star bulbs in your headlight housing since that is the bulb color and they are not chromed... i think i will go with the chromed color bulbs instead...

I think what you missed is what was posted and may I quote:

"I wanted to know what kind of bulbs you need to get to change the front and back blinker bulbs. I want to change them to white instead of that amber orange color."

Which would make the rear turn light white. And that is illegal.

White halogen bulbs are coated blue, right?
Well, can I get chromed white halogen bulbs?
Is that possible? It's for the reverse lights.
