However I am a bit worried about my bumper, the bumper shell is also different on cars equipped with 236 DRL , dont want to cut the bumper to make these fit..
Whats the 236 DRL? It seems as though (from the pictures) the bumper looks to be the same as ours. What were the part numbers you used?

I believe he means this will only fit the sport model bumper. This is really cool Vic, thanks for the parts.

Where are people going to order them from?

You can only get these parts at the dealership (or that website), how could a group buy be possible?

DUDE THE WHOLE POINT OF USING LED'S IS BECAUSE THEY LAST LONGER AND USE LESS ELECTRICITY.

I saw another member mention that the fogs were going to be integrated in to the headlights and that the LED are more for DRL and not to be used as fog lights. Probably have to wait and see.

Does anyone know if these are a direct plug n play setup? Will they be day-time running lights? Or will we have to turn the fog light switch on? Thanks for any help in advance!

why does using less electricity matter????

will is save you gas milage??? I doubt it... the cars are already setup with an electrical system that uses a certain amount of power and outputs it to the devices as necessary... doubt saving a few watts on leds gives you any real overall advantage???

Is this only for European models? It doesn't show up in my dealers system or on their brochure for the 2010 models or on the website for the 2010 models.

yes they will be DRL from factory starting in 2011. However, if you were to retrofit them into existing cars, you can wire it has DRL or as fogs through the switch.

and no, these technically arent available in the US just yet

Here it is. The headlights are still the same. Just the bonnet goes lower and covers the inner top end of the headlights. Thats all.
