I find it interesting how the w212-ers like the 2011 straight LED drls (the new E class) as opposed to the hockey stick while us w204-ers like the opposite lol. I happen to like neither

Hmmm hard to read and the w204 DRL is for a luxury model. The w212 looks like the right shape but might be bigger.

And whAts the price on them ?

Hello,
I bought your same DRL LED RUNNING TIME.
I am Italian and i do not speak very well the English.
I would ask you any question, please.

My car is a Mercedes W204 C250 CDI (ITALIAN VERSION):
This car comes with standards fog lamps.
To connect the DRL led I must to disconnect the fog light so the fog light plug remain idle.
(ThisThis process causes the light fog burned Idle)

Turning to the installation, I connected the wires in this way:
the black wire to the machine frame,
the red wire to blue/black wire of the headlights plug
the orange wire to the positive terminal of the tail lights and
the blue/white wire to the positive of the fog light.
this link will be wrong and LED DRL do not work properly.
I must politely asks you for help.

I hope that will be available to me to send me a wiring diagram or WIRE I hope you explain to me step by step how to connect the wires.
I thank you infinitely before you answer me.
Please help me
Best regards
Alessio Longhitano

I actually wrote a message to them and got a response.. they told me the plastic cover is availiable, also they can help me get the oem led lights. In my point of view if you really want this mod, just get a plastic cover from them and get the led drls from them or dealer. or even a cheaper website that sells oems. they just told me i would have to wire it somehow which i believe its not too hard..whats holding me back from doing this is that its not plug and play and i would have to tap into my fog light wires.. and also seeing that its leds, you would have to get resistors somewhere which seems like a hassle for a noob like myself.

The stock bumper can be modded and the OEM 2011 DRLs can be installed without tapping your lights at all. Just leave the stock fog sockets zip tied out of the way w no bulb in them and wire the DRL w a resistor for 3volts (radio shack) right to an accessory or to alternator. They will be on when motor runs day or night full power, no need to have the parking lights on. You can find the parts online cheaper, parts.com

If your in NNJ area theres a shop that can do these but its expensive almost 900 bucks

If found a spanish webpage that sells genuine parts. http://omtuning.wordpress.com/mercedes-benz/

I checked the LED daytime running lights for my C with AMG sports package and they definitely sell it for 400€ + shipping.

Does anyone know about this site? is it trustful?
