LED bulbs for taillights?

I want to get LED bulb turning signals, and stop lights.

Do they work by just replacing the old ones?

And are they dual circuit or single circuit?

I believe they are plug and play. However there is no LED stop lights in the market yet. The only lights which are illuminated by LEDs are the turn signals.

You have a W203, not a W204. Any reason you're posting in this forum instead of the one for your car?

I think Royce118 is referring to LED bulbs that replaces the stock bulbs.
They do exist, however the LED bulbs will not be as bright as the regular filament bulbs as the reflectors in the tail light housing are not designed for LED bulbs so the bulbs will not make proper use of the reflectors. I tried it on my last car and they didn't look good.
Also you will need to wire resistors or else you will get an error code, which could be a real pain to do for the tail lights.

Ok I might not get LED's but I'll get different bulbs.

But are the bulbs single circuit or double circuit?
