Philips HID conversion kit. Plug and play?

Hey can I know whether the Philips HID conversion kit is plug and play? No wiring required? I'm thinking of installing them but I'm afraid it would throw out codes. I know most of the members here are using the DDM kit but i would prefer Philips. Any help is appreciated =)

I'm not using the Philips HID kit but from my knowledge it would throw a code. They are plug & play using your factory harness. You can get the kit and just use the DDM Error cancelers and it should work fine as well.

I bought a pair Pilot HIDs in 55w thinking it wouldn't throw a code but it ended up throwing a code anyways. Switched everything out to the DDM kit with cancelers and its been working fine for over a year.

Thanks alot buddy. That really helps. Problem now is with the shipment. I'll try look for other error cancelers which is available in my country.

Ahh didn't notice you were from out of the US.
Shipping should be fairly cheap if you can opt for shipping it via USPS small flat rate box. The cancelers are pretty small and the box it came in can easily fit the small flat rate box which should cost less then $30 to ship if i remember correctly.

Anyways good luck bud

Can you please post pics of them? And what boxes are you talking about? Ballast or error cancelers?

Im sure he is speaking of the ballasts....I installed a xenithxenon.com kit with zero errors. The kit comes with the relays already in-line with the wiring. My ballasts were so small that the entire set up fit inside the entire headlight housing...I know we're talking MLs and Cs...but worth a look, great kit, great price, no errors.

I would prefer those which i can get locally instead of online. Shipping cost is way to pricey imho. Anyway thanks for helping out. Cheers =)
