I have a white 08 c350 4matic, wondering who makes lowering springs for it?

Secondly, I want to get some new wheels for it, either 19 or 20" staggered. No chrome, either black or silver finish and possibly a lip. Any suggestions? Pictures?

Trying to stay around $2500usd for the package, give or take a few.
