Well that's a good heads up. I was considering getting the Crystal Visions. Hmm. I might do HID fogs, but I honestly do not want to go through the pain in the rear of removing my bumper, drilling the housing, mountingfkjgdsgilkjudgfb. Yeah. What other company makes some decent fogs these days?

3 out of the 4 LEDs that I purchased from CTGilles second group buy are out of commission. Luckily I purchased exactly 3 LEDs off a member on here about a month later.

I haven't had the chance to replace them but I am hoping there's no damage. The housing itself doesn't have any burn marks so I guess the LEDs just kicked out after a few months.

I do have 2 LEDs sitting above my rear license plate that are still going good, but aren't as bright as I would like them to be. The iJDM LEDs look like they would provide more output.
Same set up as yours. Please let us know later how it goes with the rear license plate, whiter and brighter?

If you want a bright and white light for the rear license plate, you can check out the LEDs which JBSPEED is selling. Have them on for about a month or so now with no problems at all.

Are these the right Polarg bulbs I need for the eyelids and bumper lights??

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/M4-Po...Q5fAccessories

If so I would need 6 bulbs all together right? 2 for each eyelid and 1 in each bumper light?

Thanks guys

Yes, those are the ones you need, 6 total, 4 (eyelids), 2 (sidemarkers)

Well i've heard the others using PIAA and PolarGs, but personally haven't ever tried them on. What i would probably be doing is, talk to the vendor that i bought the Crystals from. Try on a brand new pack(Sounds absurd i know). If it still doesn't work, then iJDM H11s in the fog. Haha! I could probably endorse their brand right now.

I was part of the second group buy for the LEDs and it took about 3 months for one of them to start flickering. I got back on the forums and found the posts about them burning up and immediately removed them. It also reminded me that when i first installed the LEDs i plugged them in and turned them on just to make sure they worked (before I put them back in the eyelid housing). After only having them on for less than 10 seconds i turned them off and went back to finishing the install and found that they were extremely hot and I had to let them cool down before I could touch them again. I figured this was normal at the time, I think I am very lucky that no damage was done after 3 months.

Just bought the Polargs today....

I have 4 LED setup today. (I got 2 extra for the side marker), Hey Nik, are you able to upload pictures once you got that 6000k headlight?. Hopefully it will match nicely.

I'm not sure whether you know, but you would actually need 4 LEDs for the eyelids itself. There are 2 on each sides.

1st things 1st, what Royce has mentioned is right! You would need 4 LEDs for the eyelids itself, and then 2 extras for your clear side markers. Although I'm guessing that's what you meant in the 1st palce. Anyway, about the pics, yes I'll be uploading them as soon as I install those 6000Ks. I haven't received them as yet. I should either be getting them today or tommorow. But I promise, the moment they're installed, I'll be posting up pics here

well my HID (8k raptor/DDM) is now installed for the lowbeam and fogs and they look SICK imo. as far as the iJDMs, my friend ordered a pair and they came in today so i tried them out on my car. the iJDM bulbs have a STRONG output, but the color seemed to be a bit purple imo. It was about a 95% match with my HID's, but they iJDM bulbs were actually a bit bluer/purpler than my already blue HID's. what do u guys think?

i'll try to post pics when i have time. These are the most accurate pictures of what the iJDM's look like. you kind of see a purplish color to it.

I bought one before for some license plate light for my TSX and S2k, the xenon white version and it is still a blue color, I can only imagine how blue are the blues are.
