What are ideal tire sizes for rims that are 19x8.5F ET42 & 19x9.5R ET45. Occasionally, there will be back seat passengers so I don't want any rubbing issues. Thanks!

Do you know simple math? If yes, then it shouldn't be an issue with conversion. If that fails, or your calculator/computer does, you can always looks though this

which will cover answers to that question.

You are awesome! I cannot thank you enough for a worthless post and helping me solve my issue at hand. Let me ask you this, do you have an English book? Learn how to *** speak correctly you dumb bi*** before you come here and try to insult people with your worthless crap. Anyhow, I understand the +/- system when it comes to tire sizing. I'm just looking for a tire size that works on these rims without any rubbing issues.

Thanks guys. I saw a thread where someone used 265/30/19 for the rears and they said it rubbed. I wasn't sure if the 255 would be enough. Thanks for the input though!

I think it's depend on which brand of tires you need?
Some brands make oversize tires.

I bought a set of 18/8.5/45ET for both front and back. I was considering either 245/40/18 or 235/40/18 all around, but from looking at responses here 245 may be a little bit of a stretch on the fronts? I haven't seen anyone here doing that.
