opening all windows and sunroof from the key

I have a 2010 C300 4MATIC. Is there a way to open the windows and sunroof from the key? The dealer did it on a 2008 that I was looking at buying but I can't figure out how to do it on my 2010...Is it an option I didn't purchase?

Thanks for any help...

Press and hold the Unlock button as you point at the drivers door. To put them up you press and hold the lock button. You have to hold the button until they are all open/closed completely.

Moron may be a little extreme! I would have never known if my dealer had not shown me.

That’s why you ALWAYS need to read the owners manual!!!

I think I've read the manual twice while I've been waiting for my car to be delivered. Downloaded it from the MB site.

My dealer came from Capital city (Bucharest-230 km away) together with my new car and first asked me if I'm new to MB and when I said yes he started the show.
It took him about 90 minutes to show me everything around my new car and was kind enough to explain me twice things I didn't understand first.
I would certainly recommend the guy to anyone who wants to buy a new MB.
Even now (after 18 months) if I need some advice I call him and always get an answer to my problem.

I ordered the car from 230 km away because I didn't like the attitude of the two local MB dealers just from beginning.

This really is a nice creature comfort feature--on a hot summer day when the car has been baking in the sun, you can instantly vent all of the hot air before you get in. Huge temperature difference so the A/C doesn't have to struggle to get it down to a non-sweating temperature. Doesn't seem like much until you've used it a few times.
