Exclamation eng. mode
how do i access the eng. mode in my c350 it is a 2008 model and ive tired (end call,mute,1) no luck!!! please help

Press and hold end call,# and 1 on the command. When the menu displays release. Be careful in there some selections cannot be easily reversed.
