I'm about 5k miles lower than the mileage indicator I beleive, so it must be 12 months. What are the implications if I don't get it done immediately? Warranty etc. I'm not driving it much these days less than 100miles per week

You don't have to change the oil exactly on the recommended mileage / date but I would not let it go too long. It could affect your warranty & the longevity of your engine.
If you have had your oil in the sump for 12 months that is long enough. Sludge & a change in PH can occur regardless of miles travelled.
To sleep well at night & to look after a nice piece of machinery , don't wait too long.
