Navi not working properly

Navi not working properly
My Navi system does not allow me to manually put in the street address number or does not ask for it with voice activated system. The "number" word is no longer highlighted on the display. My 6 month Sirius subscription is over so I know the traffic is no longer active, but do not think it effects the Navi function. Any ideas?
