I'm sure they will fit the side markers same size isn't it? The last gb with the blesk fit fine, and those fit in my liscence plate too. But I guess it would be great to dbl check on all of them. If all goes well I will buy 4 sets. Local pick up okay mike?

Group Buy Instruction
As this is my first GB, please provide some info of how i can make a payment.....
Please also confirm how many pair i need for front Eyelids.
And if you know of any good Lisence plate LEDs i would be happy to order a pair of those as well.
Thanks

Well it depends on the length of the LED. This is my 3rd gb for LEDs. The first one (don't forgot what kind of leds or who initiated the gb) were longer than the one Azn_c300 had in his previous GB. The one that AZN_C300 had in the group buy were smaller and thus able to fit into the side markers and the liscence plate. But the other ones would only fit in the eye lids if I'm not mistaken (tried but didn't fit).

I'm using the LEDs from JBSPEED for my rear license plate.

and one more probably dumb question, would i need resistors for all of the LEDs? (eyelids/sidemarkers/license/ecc...)

I believe that these LED's have the resistors built in, so you should be fine.
I can't believe they are only ~$10... I thought LED were much more expensive???
+1 on wondering if we can use these in the License plate?

Sorry for not responding to the questions in a timely manner. Stuck in meetings all day at work today and got an Angels game tonight. Good looking out by those who've been through this with me before answering the general questions.
Yeah, my concern is the length of the LED for sidemarker, interior, and license. They're all 194 connectors so that isn't the issue. And yes, they have built in resistors so are plug-n-play. My main focus in this LED test was towards eyebrow application because of the unique nature we've noticed through several trial and error several long standing mbworld 204 members have gone through with me. Voltage shift, excess heating with two LEDs in the same shared space with no ventilation, and natural bluish hue from the lens cover itself. All the other LEDs from the other manufacturers should be fine for the other parts of your car which is why I chose to ignore them, but since prices are pretty redonkulous at $30-50 per set, might be worth it to get it through my source at a third or less prices.
Also, I just spoke with the engineer and even though they only do pure white LED applications, they're willing to do a special order and make 8000K varieties at a small additional cost, which was music to my ears since I have 8000K HIDs. So anyone also sporting the same HIDs as me can join in the fun as well now.

I guess the greatness of these LEDs overshadowed my question, which was "Do LEDs become scorched when used in the side markers or license plate lights?"
Also, will there be a way to buy these after the group buy for those who don't get a chance to get them?

Azn - Thanks again for all your work on making this happen, it is much appreciated! That said, I do have a small concern when I go back and view the photos of the LED's. On occasion I will drive all night...that is, cover about 1k miles in one continuous drive. That means the eyebrows would be on for 12 hours continuously, less time off for gas and a quick bite. Are you confident based on what you've seen that these new LED's will be OK under such conditions...or might they continue to scorch and possibly fail later?

As for future purchases after this first group buy, yes there can be, but it'll be at a more expensive cost as I'm getting bulk pricing, more people to split wire transfer fee, and cover shipping and customs.

One other thing - would it be possible to get 44mm festoon bulbs with the same color temperature? The same LED supplier at the same time seems to be the only sure bet to color-match...I'm thinking complete interior bulb replacements.

I would DEFINITELY be interested in a 8000k version for the eyelids.
If these bulbs do blow, what happens if it melts the wiring harness? How much would it cost to replace that?
