Hey all just curous if anyone in the NY area had any good or bad experience with Helms Brothers MB service. They have my car now for about a week and a half trying to fix this bluetooth issue with no luck..i have a loaner and all but still...what's the deal.

At least you have a loaner car. Last year while my C300 was being serviced, I did not get one even though I set up an appointment a month in advance. I was extremely disappointed with the experience.

I went to Helms bros. while i was comparing price for my C300, they assure that it's the cheapest in town. and i went to my regular dealer, Rallye motor, which offer me much better deal. and service wise, i am very satisfy with Rallye service. i hear some complains about Helms bros. service.

Can't Comment on Helms, but I've had nothing but excellent reviews for MB of Massapequa

I used to goto Lakeview, but since a friend of mine is at Helms now i go there. But she's behind the desk. Has no clue on serviceing.

Helms replaced my cracked $1200 driver side glass for free.. So that's where I take my benz's now, no complaints
