List of things, updates, firmware to update when serviced?

Is there a list somewhere for WHICH updates one should request when having a First service done?

I'm going to have the first A service done, 1 year in (a bit more but only about 7K miles on it) on our C300.

I know I want to have the Sirrus setup checked, integrated bluetooth phone settings checked, it comes and goes, sometimes loud, sometimes not.

Is there a 7 speed transmission update?

What about the MAP/NAVIGATION system updates?

The Telematics (system) update is warranty but the Navigation updates are on your nickel.

Does anyone know if there is a list of the TSB bulletins somewhere?

I know there was the issue with the front tie rods, I HAVE that problem and will point it out.

I also have a problem with the radio sometimes, when I shut off the engine it doesn't go off.

Also, the bluetooth phone interface is a bit wonky, sometimes the volume is so low.

Same for the ipod connection, sometimes when I connect an ipod (one that SHOULD work) it connects SO LOW it cannot be heard at all.

The tranny seems to have a bit of issues going from either 3 to 2, or 2 to 1,

A bit of throttle body wobbling in the am warm up.

I just took my car to the dealer the other day, they had a new update for the engine, transmission and fuel system. Once they plug your car into the dealer's computer, they will know right away if your software is updated or not.

Took about 2 mins for my car to be scanned to check if there are any updates available, exactly 12 mins for the engine update software to be installed, 5 mins for the transmission and 2 mins for the fuel system software. Though it depends on the dealer's internet connection as it is a direct download from Germany to your car. Kind of neat actually.

Of course this isn't factoring the time for the dealer to check list your car, bring it in, line up, etc etc.
