Hey, so correct me if I'm wrong, but do you not open the holes along the top edges of the tail lights back up when you tint them? Unless my eyes are just really bad, it looks like the tint is covering the holes. I remember hearing that MB designed the W204 so that air can exit through those holes for what I assume to be "minor" aerodynamics, so what I'm wondering is, would the tint maybe start to bubble or rise around those holes from air pushing against it? I'm now at a cross between getting my tails lightly tinted or painted...because I'm not sure if I want to have it permanently or not..and this is a slight concern I just wanted to address seeing as some have complained of bubbling and whatnot due to the W204 tail-light's odd shape/curvatures.

Hope to hear back regarding this. Also! You haven't responded to my email yet! I'm still looking to get my car roof wrapped, mirror turn signals covered, my FRP lip wrapped, and potentially get my tails tinted! Hope to hear back.

No, I do not cut those holes out (I have have done it once), since if/when you cut it out, there is not enough material left to cover the now exposed red area from the tail light. It's an aesthetic thing.

I am sure it may do some little thing for aero, but I haven't been told or heard of any issues with the guys that I've tinted the tails for yet.

If I didn't respond to your e-mail yet, I either did not get it or haven't had time to get to it yet.

Thanks for the response. How much would it be to get the tails tinted? I'm looking to get just the red part of the taillights lightly tinted to a cherry red if possible. I also have a friend with an 09 Infiniti FX35 that wants his tails tinted the same as well. Hope to hear back.

Also, if you recall me asking, I asked you earlier on if it was possible to CF fabric wrap a FRP Carlsson front lip and you said it could be done in two pieces due to the material being only 4 feet wide. Could I get a quote on that too?

(I actually just read over the email convo we had and you said it might be too short so nevermind on that)

Two pieces would usually mean it's too short to do in one piece

I've had people ask if I can vinyl wrap hard tops and just how flexible my vinyl is...

Let me know if this answers your questions, and if you have any others

Vinyl wrapped the hood of this Acura RSX in the 3M di-noc carbon fiber vinyl. Don't mind the dusty marks/shadows. Forgot to clean it off before taking the pictures.

Just to be clear, since I know I'll have some people ask me if I can wrap their hoods. The material is not wide enough to wrap/do most hoods, except on smaller cars, such as this RSX. If you're interested in getting your hood wrap, measure your hood beforehand and give me the measurements of your car, so that way I can determine if it'd be possible or not.

Vinyl roof wrapped this R35 GTR's roof with some 3M Di-Noc carbon fiber vinyl, and also did the center of his rear spoiler.

Let me know what you guys think.

Vinyl wrapped the roof of this BMW E92 M3 in the carbon fiber 3M di-noc material.

Just to avoid any confusion, his antenna was painted matte black, not wrapped. Also, it was only placed on there temporarily for pictures, hence why you can see a gap between the antenna cover and roof in some of the pictures.

Let me know what you guys think.

Here's pictures of a white BMW E90 3 series that I vinyl wrapped the roof with in gloss black. He also had black wheels, so it'll give those who are curious how the black roof works with black wheels.

How about something a bit different. Here's a new Honda Insight that I vinyl wrapped the roof with in matte black.

Here are pictures of the fogs that I vinyl wrapped/tinted in a yellow film.

Let me know if any of you would be interested in getting this done on your cars.

Smoked/tinted the tails on this new Mercedes E class. Trimmed out the reverse/turn signal portions as well for him.

Let me know what you guys think.

Vinyl wrapped the roof of this E60 BMW 550i in gloss black material.

I know almost all of my pictures of white cars, but I must admit, they do look the best on white cars. Although, I do wish cars of other colors would come by to get it done, and add a little bit more of variety, haha.

Looks great. One question, in the event (though remote) that i want to remove the wrapping later down the track, will this cause much issues on the paintwork?

No, everything that I do is meant to be completely reversible. I've had a guy with a new E92 M3 remove his recently, to sell his car, and the paint underneath it was perfect, after 1+ year of having it on. The new owner actually wants me to redo the roof in gloss black again for him.

Reno, sent you a PM, let me know if you got it.

Here's a white C300 Mercedes that I vinyl wrapped the roof in gloss black for. Note, the roof/side rails were already black, and so was the antenna.

Usually if you didn't get or have not gotten a PM yet, it's best to send me a PM. Sometimes it doesn't make it through or I just happen to miss/forget to send you one.

Sending you another one right now.

I may mildly regret posting these pictures, but I had some people ask me if I've done it before, and to post pictures if I do/have. Well, here are pictures of an aftermarket Mercedes C class front grill that I vinyl wrapped in the 3M Di-noc carbon fiber material.

Now note, it's not really possible...actually let me rephrase that...it's not really practical to wrap some of the grills that are out there, due to its design and shapes. However, this one is one of those exceptions.

Sorry for the pictures, I didn't have much lighting, and had to use a flash to even get the weaves to show. Let me know what you guys think.
