Do a search, there are plenty of examples with part numbers, costs, and step by step.

Also, there's no such thing as C350 AMG

I believe the one I am driving is not the only one. they name it one way or the other. There is no "sport" version here.
the engine is not from AMG.

c300
azn is correct... it's just "c350 sport sedan" .. as labeled on mbusa.com site.
unless you feel the need to put stickers on it, of course. (i've seen a c300 lux with e350 stickers.. whatever makes him happy)
in 2008 i believe there was "amg package" that included the aluminum pedals, 18" amg styled rims w/ summer tires, and something else.. but that became standard for "sport sedans" from 2009. regardless... it's still "sport sedan" with amg appearance/exterior-styling options

yes, I think we are talking about the same thing.

yet, some countries do name it as AMG, maybe that's the trick to ask for 15% more over the standard C350! Not only about the stickers, the tag appeared on the car import/registration documents as well. Insurers are asking more premium with the extra 3 letters believe or not.

The never ending dilemma of a dealer badging things they're not...

it was as it is now...choose between a Lux 300 or Sport 300/350...

Sport brings those aluminum pedals ,as well as the new one, as standard.. it always has .. I have the old 2008 brochure here and is almost identical to the new brochure and..

There's no AMG option anywhere... just the option of AMG Styled wheels.. for like a thousand bucks with contis.. same as the old options list..

one of the only things "notable" that have changed are, wheel options, the buttons to adjust the seating positions and rearview mirrors... maybe something else but other than that.. it's just simply the same car..

That AMG badge.........to me, as a tip has to go....

So, henry, my friend ....

put quad exhaust or quad setup or w/e in the search it'll make ur life more easier

Other countries have the option to add the AMG styling body kit which comes standard in US and Canada. Whatever the dealer decides to badge on the car they're selling is the dealer's business, but it's not recognized by Mercedes corporate. No access to AMG lounge with your VIN number means no AMG. Simple as that. It's like if I kit a Fiero with a Ferrari body kit...does that make it a Ferrari? Of course not

Here, I've found one of the more useful threads on quad exhaust conversion for you.

I agree. Fiero and Ferrari are not affiliated though.

lol. I knew someone would point that out. Was just to illustrate the kit aspect...I guess a better point would be...if you took a 328/335 and tossed an MTech kit on it, that doesn't make it an M3.

I was just hackin' on ya. There are some really good kit cars though. Check out Factory Five.
