H&R Race Springs?
hey guys im looking to get some springs on for my car. i was looking in to supersports. but i noticed that the Race Springs seem to be better performance wise.
i dont recall seeing anything about users with these springs. does any body have them? or do they create too much of a drop ? any input would greatly appreciated .. thanks guys !

I looked into the sway bars and springs for the C350, but as I understand they don't make much of a difference? Can anyone confirm/deny this? IIRC the anti-sway bars on the C300 are 13mm and the C350 are 16mm and the aftermarket kit was like 18mm, not a huge improvement for the C350 but definitely for the C300. Isn't the C350 suspension already lower than the C300 as well? I'm just being lazy and don't feel like looking it up again, but I considered this before and passed on it as a worthwhile upgrade for the C300 but not so much for the C350.

I don't believe H&R makes race springs for the W204 C300/C350, they only make Sport and Super Sport springs. Super Sports are as close to race as you will get.
As for the sway bars, stock size is 26mm Front & 19mm Rear for the C300/C350. Eibach makes a set (2578.320) which is 28mm Front & 21mm Rear. I don't have them, but some people on here do and say it is a night and day difference over stock.

The supersport spring was the most night/day diff single (stand alone) mod to any car I've ever had....and I've modded a lot of cars. For 250 some odds bucks, its like driving a different car.
NOTE: I did have to roll my front fenders with 19" euro63 RS wheels wrapped with Hankook EVO 12's which have pretty squared shoulders. I do all my own work so its no big deal but if your not familiar with doing it, it can get pricey. 250ish for the springs, probably another 250 to have a decent shop install (i know the dealer will charge you around 500), 100 for an alignment, a couple hundred to have someone roll the fenders....etc, etc.
Hope this helps
