Got a giftcard for saks, and my service advisor who I talked to regularly actually told me to pick a keychain in the gift shop one day on him, so I got this $25 metal one from him :p

winter mats and summer mats
mbfs waved the disposition fee for the ML350 i just returned last month.
I get free soda and drinks and free car washes when ever i just drive by
also while waiting for free car washes u can get sandwiches and fruit and drinks in the service area.
Ray Catina MB of Edison is the best great service good prices and they always treat u right.

I have purchased two cars from my dealer, so I get the "personal" attention. But for tangible items I got two key chains and two kinda cheapo travel coffee mugs. The intangile stuff that i get is when I go in for service, I can usually get a loaner car and if they don't have one I just ask if I can "test drive" one of their used cars and he lets me. He's also taken me to the employee break area when they had subs and sandwiches, plus when I was stuck without a ride home one night he took me home in one of the E55 AMG's. That's what I call service.

My dealer, gave me the all weather floor matts, trunk liner, couple of ball caps, and two tanks of gas aswell as a discount for the first 2 services when she goes in.

I drove away with a couple of key chains and hats as well as an MB umbrella and coffee mug. About two weeks after purchase I received a very big, very nice coffee table photo book in the mail of the worlds sky scrapers...would have thought it would have been a automotive book but it was a really nice touch.

When I bought my BMW yrs ago, they sent me a champane Basket. It was pretty dang impressed gesture.

I got 2 terrible key chains with the dealerships name all over it and a bottle of water.
Good deal on the car, in general, but nothing special added.
Did ask for tints and they quoted me 700$, which was the most outrageous thing ive heard in my whole life.

Free tinting service but I declined the offer since they'll be only doing the rear windshield and rear passenger windows due to CA law compliancy and they only have the basic tint available at that time

For my first MB, back in 2005, a Saks gift card (can't remember the value) from my dealer, and from MBUSA a leather glove box wallet and an awesome blue wool blanket.
