They offer me coffee, water, soda, juice, and pastries every time I'm there. They also invite me to happy hours at the dealership whenever a new model launches but I've never gone.

I get free soda and drinks and free car washes when ever i just drive by
also while waiting for free car washes u can get sandwiches and fruit and drinks in the service area.

When I picked my car up they had installed the rear lip spoiler that I was debating on. No charge. Then a month or so later I received the Saks $50 gift card. Not bad.

I have purchased two cars from my dealer, so I get the "personal" attention. But for tangible items I got two key chains and two kinda cheapo travel coffee mugs. The intangile stuff that i get is when I go in for service, I can usually get a loaner car and if they don't have one I just ask if I can "test drive" one of their used cars and he lets me. He's also taken me to the employee break area when they had subs and sandwiches, plus when I was stuck without a ride home one night he took me home in one of the E55 AMG's. That's what I call service.

About two weeks after purchase I received a very big, very nice coffee table photo book in the mail of the worlds sky scrapers...would have thought it would have been a automotive book but it was a really nice touch.

I got 2 terrible key chains with the dealerships name all over it and a bottle of water.
Good deal on the car, in general, but nothing special added.
Did ask for tints and they quoted me 700$, which was the most outrageous thing ive heard in my whole life.

Free tinting service but I declined the offer since they'll be only doing the rear windshield and rear passenger windows due to CA law compliancy and they only have the basic tint available at that time

For my first MB, back in 2005, a Saks gift card (can't remember the value) from my dealer, and from MBUSA a leather glove box wallet and an awesome blue wool blanket.

For my second MB that I purchased about a month ago, all weather floor mats, and the promise of a Saks gift gift to follow.
