Got my car out of the shop after the accident they drove it 30 miles??? WTF? Why??

i looked at the pictures and it seems like the did in fact drove only 5 miles they wrote the millage down wrong on the receipt.
On another note since the damage is over $750 I have to notify DMV and its a point on my license WHAT THE ****!!! i dont understand? its a god dam ladder there were no other cars involved. They told me if I dont like the decision Allstate made i have to write a letter explaining my situation witch I will. I am open for suggestion on whsat to write even though I already have an idea!
