New C Class With LED are in Massachusetts
I saw one yesterday on a car carrier at a rest stop on rt128. It actually looks pretty good in person! There was a C with the regular round fogs strapped behind it so I was able to easily compare the two. The round fogs look more aggressive parked but I bet the LEDs will look awesome (and aggressive) when they are on!

I really like the new drl led's on Benzes. Saw a new E63 with them on the freeway, they look pretty mean, especially on that car!

Yes they are at some dealers for certain.

Has anyone discovered if you can take the factory LED running lamp panels and put them in an older w204?

Problem is they wouldn't run all the time like they are suppose to I suppose.

I saw one in Mercedes of Cary this Sunday. Look absolutely no different than mine other than the new LED light. It is part of the lighting package with bi-xenon highlight for $960.

He wasn't lying... I dunno if you guys know this, but the LED DRL aren't the only cosmetic change over the 2010 C-Class. The sports package has the interior headlight housing painted black like the c63! =P

It appears to actually come from behind the front bumper, from the wheel area, and them come sit on top of the front bumper towards the middle. For a good look, check out this youtube video closeup and pause at the 7-8 second mark:
