Lamin X problem
so I bought the Lamin X covers for my Fogs to help protect them from road debris, and I used them for about 2 weeks and they have been fine, until yesterday I went on a road trip about 5 hours of driving at night so I had my fogs on, and today I look at them and they look like they have burned, there is a big burn in the center of both Lamin x covers, I mean i just paid 40 bucks for these thing n in 2 weeks they crap out.
is there anything I can do to fix this ?
is there a better product available money is not a problem I just hate buying things that just break in a week..

All in all, the design of fog light is the cause of all these problems. Why the hell MB designed this garbage fog glass lens instead of using a plastic one? This should be a warranty claim.

You won't be able to get your money back. I tried and they told me that they don't refund money. Anther time, I ordered fog covers for my E350 and they sent me for my C. When I contacted them, they said I had to pay for the restocking fee as well as shipping it back. So I just kept them. They suck!

I have dealt with Lamin-x multiple times. They are aware of the issue with the burn marks because I sent them pictures. They have sent me replacements with what they refer to as "high-temp" adhesive free of charge. I stopped using the yellow films and switched to the clear film with yellow Hella bulbs. Haven't had any problems since.
