Pricing on the exhaust and rear diffuser

So I decided to do the exhaust mod on my C300. I wanna change to the quad tips. Since I just relocated, I went to a couple of local body shops asking for a quote.
And the parts I need are : A new diffuser, 2 more OEM tips.
I got serval pricing (Including labor) : 900, 750 ,1200.
I never did this kind of mod before. Just wondering what a reasonable price should be? Thanks guys.

Where are you at in CA? I had some work done on another car at Laguna Muffler if you're in Orange County area - I know they charged me 30 bucks to remove and weld the resonator, and 15 or 20 bucks to cut and reweld some mufflers because they weren't aligning perfectly. They did an excellent job too.

Tthe rear diffuser is like 300ish from what I recall + approx. 85 per tip for another c300 tip x 2 (170) + labor to cut the tips form the little y pipes, and weld them on = should be around 550-600 bucks or so I would say is fair if you install the diffuser yourself. If you have a body shop install the diffuser (which you shouldn't need to - 95% of the fun in modding is doing it yourself - getting greasy, scrapes, etc. not paying someone else to do it - at least for me), then yeah they'll probably charge like 30min to 1hr to change diffuser at w.e. their rate is.

1200 - way too high
900 - little to high
750 - about right if they're installing the diffuser.

Thanks for the info. I am in Nor Cal. Someone told me a place named Sonic Motorspot. I think I might give it a shoot. I will try to keep the cost around 750.
