Been thinking about picking up a 2010 since there are some great pricing... Anyone have any ideas or suggestions on where or which dealer are reasonable to deal with? Anyone recently bought one in California and got a great deal? I've been looking at dealers inventories, some still have a few some has sold out... Hopefully I will be able to still find one that I want... I live in North Cal and don't mind driving if the deal are right.

Are you buying or leasing? I recommend shopping around between dealers. Do some good shopping around to get the best price. Get the dealers to compete against one another. In this market, you should be able to get the car at or below invioce easily. The dealer does not give you the best deal on the bat, make them work for your business. Its always best to get them to work a deal on a car they have on the lot. If they have to locate a car, they may not be as flexible on the price. You can call around to the dealers if they are a longer distance than you want to travel. They may give you a great deal on the phone, then you can make one trip to them to pick the car up. I just finished doing all this yesterday for my wifes ML350.

 

My family buys all of our Mercedes at Fletcher Jones Newport Beach in Orange County, CA. They have always been good to us but I guess it will depend on the sales person you get.

 

Since you're in norcal, I'm assuming general bay area. Check out MB Walnut Creek or MB Beshoff. Find one you like, get a quote, call up Fletcher Jones MB Newport Beach, get them to beat that quote (which they ususally can as they have the largest inventory in Cali), then take that quote back to WC or Beshoff and have them match or beat the Fletcher Jones quote.

 

I just picked up a 2010 at smothers in santa rosa for a good price.
