C350, I commute about 10-15miles max a day and average highway+city driving with mostly city driving at 22mpg. I've got as high as 30mpg city+highway before driving only 20 miles. I was so proud I took a picture of it.

7k on the odometer. Purchased Oct 2007.

my S55 averages about 12 around town, you should be well above 13 with a mix of city and highway. Do you drive it like you stole it?

2012 US Edition C300 Luxury 4-Matic
Usually around town I average around 23-25 mpg.
I drove for a 4 hour trip last Sunday using cruise control set at about 65 mph and I averaged 29.2 mpg. I only stopped once for a break, otherwise steady driving.
This was the highest miles per gallon I have every seen yet, and I am extremely pleased, if only I could get my Sirius Sat radio to work properly!

About 23.8...

2009 C350 getting about 23.8 MPG is mixed highway/local split with 16 mile one-way commute.

City stop and go mileage falls to about 18-19 MPG.

Long distance (US 95 to/from Florida-Pennsylvania) cruising at 80+ gets 27-28 MPG.

Overall, I am quite pleased with the mileage.

At least we should measure mileage in gallons per hundred miles (GPM) vs. MPG...would make it much simpler to properly compare different vehicles.

I think it has to do with your driving style; do you do a lot of stop and go?

my overall (which i have never reset, now stands at 2200 miles) is at 18.6 but that is because i occasionally do highway driving. If it was only city, a lot of stop and go and hills in san francisco, its arround 15ish sometimes lower

Why can't the rest of the world switch to the US system? Metric math is too easy, and kids in school won't be challenged!

With my C350 I get average 21-22 around town and 28-29 highway. I use only 93 octane gas without ethenol. Non-ethenol gas gives about 1.5-2 mpg more.

I'm getting around 20 city and 25 hwy at 450 on ODO

I think it's the combo of your driving style/conditions plus the low low mileage

My car was at 15 for the first 250 miles

Should start increasing, esp after 1000 mile oil change (some people recommend 500m?) hopefully, anyway
Enjoy
