There is a link to their website in the more info section of their video: www.lionsound.com.br
The website is in portugese, but I have used google chrome to automatically translate it for me. Pretty much they will do what is in the video, but you need to bring your car to them to do it... In Brazil... So I don't think that is really an option. They don't even sell anything on the site. They just have pictures of what they can do when you click on products... You have to contact them via phone or email to transact anything.
There is a much easier way to get 90% of all those features. Buy the UMI that Mercedes released and it will allow you to do almost everything in that video except touch screen.

C300Kid hopefully answered your questions. UMI is a Universal Multimedia Interface that can be installed to work alongside your 5" screen to give you almost all the functionality of the full Command System. Here is an excerpt from MBUSA:
Nav + 4 Universal Media Interface
The Nav + 4 from Mercedes-Benz allows you to upgrade the standard stereo system and 5-inch display in the C-Class to an innovative, multifunctional navigation and entertainment center. In addition to the advantages of 3D GPS map navigation and included lifetime traffic, the Nav + 4 enables users to play back their favorite songs from a range of portable devices including the iPod and iPhone via the audio interface in the glove compartment. And better still, all functions can be accessed using your vehicle's central controller.
It is pretty nifty thing, and it gives you real-time traffic updates for navigation free for life! If you had it installed from the factory it costs like $1,200, but if you have your dealer do it now, after the fact, some people have been quoted prices upwards of $2,000. Take a trip to your local dealer and ask them about it. I believe there are some places online to buy the UMI for like $600, and you can install it yourself pretty easily (I believe there is a DIY on the forum here somewhere).

It offers the UMI for 799 euro, which is including the 119 VAT tax. If you live in the United States you can get them to waive the VAT tax and get the UMI for around $893 U.S. Dollars (if you use the current exhange rate). I don't know how much they charge you in shipping, but my guess is no matter how you skin the cat, it will still be cheaper than $1700 that the eBay seller is asking for. The only thing that might be a problem is that it has the European nav loaded on it, I dunno if your dealer can load the U.S. maps on it via the usb, or what, but its worth looking into...

xtole,
Even with UMI installed, the "talk" button is not functional.
