I CONNECT BLACK WIRE COMES FROM DRIVER'S KIT TO THE FRAME OF MY W204.
I CONNECT RED WIRE COMES FROM DRIVER'S KIT TO BLACK/BLUE WIRE OF THE RIGHT HEADLIGHT PLUG.
I CONNECT ORANGE WIRE TO THE POSITIVE WIRE OF POSITION LIGHT
I CONNECT BLUE/WHITE WIRE TO THE POSITIVE WIRE OF FOG LIGHT.

IN THIS WAY WHEN I TURN THE KEY LIGHT UP LEDS WITH HIGH BRIGHTNESS.
WHEN I TURN THE LIGHT SWITCH IN THE POSITION LIGHT, THE BRIGHTNESS OF LED IS LESS.

WHEN I TURN THE LIGHT SWITCH IN THE FOG LIGHT THE LED REMAIN AS IN THE POSITION LIGHT AND DO NOT INCREASES YOUR BRIGHTNESS.

READING MY CONNECTION, YOU LOOK THE MANUAL INSTALLATION AND TELL ME A SOLUTION.
I THINK THAT I CONNECT THE WIRES IN A WRONG MODE.

Ah, this is because when the headlights are on, the LEDs dim (because it thinks its dark outside) and they must dim to conform to standards. The OEM ones on the e-class and c-class do this exact same thing.

I don't know if there is a way to keep them "bright". Perhaps just turn the dial once to city lights and pull out for foglights? You may have to wire them directly to the battery?
