2012 C-class facelift: spot the changes
I just put an order in for a C sedan with Nov 2010 production....
ismeto stated Dec production? Wouldn't north american dealers have info about this by now? Is my build really a month before the refresh?

This just goes to show that not even M-B thought they could pull off going 3 more years with the horrible joke they pulled with the current C's interior.

On another note, seems like it's sharing quite a few elements with the CLS, or should I say, the CLS is sharing quite a few elements with the facelifted C.

Much nicer and better quality than the W203 it replaces.
I am too surprised about the amount of changes MB is doing mid-cycle. I am guessing the entry-level luxury market is really competitive which so many decent cars in that segment such as the BMW 3-series, Audi A4, the new Volvo S60, Infiniti G37, Acura TL, Lexus IS, Cadillac CTS, etc.
Also I'm sure much of the new interior is being shared with the new C-class coupe, without the coupe MB wouldn't have bothered to change the interior at this stage.
The Best of Mercedes & AMG
But now in facelift spy pics of W204 also seen the same climate. The exist is not powerfull and without sensors as W203 facelift thermotronic.http://img838.imageshack.us/i/54147743.jpg/
The new one of E class is very good in feeling and in real functions.

Wow that second link to the picture, the front bumper looks identical to a bmw 3. With that tongue looking thing. Dont get me wrong, I like the 3, but I'ts too close to the beem!

Hopefully those reflectors on the rear bumpers are temporary. The front quad fog/DRL lights (similar to the non AMG-sport E-class) will be for the luxury models, with LED strips for the sport models. The more pronounced criss-cross mesh of the lower bumper looks a little crude and out of place, IMO.
According to Autocar, the facelifted 2012 C-class will debut at the Detriot Auto Show this January along with the all-new C-class coupe. The C63 AMG and even more potent Black Series edition for the coupe will come at a later in the year.
My subscription copy of Auto motor und Sport arrived today with a big section on the 2011 models with photos.
A front 3/4 view of a wagon is shown with the revised headlights (no eyebrows) and a reshaped bumper cover (seen in this post) with the LEDs. The outside mirrors have been reworked a bit by a rounding of the inner side and a small change in the lights. The black base is a bit different also.
The important thing is the new 3.5 DI engine with 306HP.
A coupe is also shown (rear view) and the tail is just like the sedan with maybe a small change in the center section of the lights. Very bland.
There is a foldout (published annually) which shows introduction times for all Euro cars for 2011. It shows the facelift C coming in March and the Coupe in June. I can't see any reason to buy these cars what with the all new W205 due in 2014.
We shall see.

(Mirrors appear identical to the current ones here though):

That interior upgrade is just ridiculous.... Never seen anything so drastically upgraded and changed like this, ever. It makes me laugh, as I've always said M-B's current W204 interior offering is such a bad joke, that I was surprised they even got away with for the 4 years it's been on the market. That's me though.
dunno how accurate this is, take it w a grain of salt, as the headlights seem unchanaged and the interior shot is exactly the same (not included here)
thought id post anyway
