2008 C350 sport
I found the answer!
Here are the correct Part number for Ipod Integration kit for
2008 W204 C350 with Audio 20
Ipod Amp 204 870 39 94
Wiring Harness Ipod (Black tip charges 4G) connects to Ipod
B67 82 4531
Ipod Interface kit A 204 870 48 90 (this is the whole kit)
Wiring Harness Ipod-Interface A 204 820 02 04 (included in the
Ipod Interface Kit) (Actual wire that hook up to the back
of the Audio 20)
FYI: found out on some earlier 2008 C class model,
after installing the Ipod interface kit, the car will
need update to the computer(take it to the dealer)
or the satellite radio will not work.
on my C class, does not require the update, however
need to pull out the "fiber optic wire, the 2 orange wire
from the original connector, and hook it up to
the Ipod Interface Kit connector that goes to the
back of Audio 20."
below is a kit I purchase on Ebay
http://cgi.ebay.com/Mercedes-Benz-iPod-integration-kit-2010-C-and-GLK-/160421074392?pt=Other_MP3_Player_Accessories&hash= item2559d755d8
brand new selling for $160 include shipping, installed once,
couldn't figure out why the satellite radio doesn't work,
so I purchase another kit from the dealership with different
part number, and the kit from the dealership also cause problem
for the satellite radio, then, I find out need to switch
the two orange fiber optic wire. Hence, I end up with
two Ipod interface kit.
and this is a truely DIY kit!
the reason with different part number is because Benz changed the numbers, this is 2010's.
this kit works, just remember to rewire the fiber optic wire.

MBWorld Fanatic!
Make sure the iPod Amp is sourced from MB Germany. The ones from MB China are 6 DB down with 30% THD. Since a MB dealer (Mexico) installed the iPod kit, they couldn't figure out why the sound was so horrible and distorted. Purchased the German iPod Amp from MB San Diego, and had the original MB dealer swap them out. What a difference! Same part number, but way different quality standards. Recommend a MB dealer provide the parts and do the install. Better yet check out the UMI or Media Interface Plus, a fabulous full feature iPod and video interface that lets you use the console media knob to manipulate the iPod just like the thumbwheel, viewed from the dashboard screen (not the speedo and steering wheel buttons). Some Audio 20s cannot be upgraded however.
