New Side Markers

New Side Markers
Finally, after 3 1/2 years, I broke down a bought some clear side markers. It started because I bought some used painted ones but returned them because I am so picky. I was surprised how easy it is to install these and how good the fitment/quality are. They don't look crystal clear- they almost have a silver tint and blend nicely with the Iridium Silver.

looks like it came that way from the factory. which it should have. clear side markers are a must have imo.

Congrats on the markers. I laughed at your time frame as the clear markers were my first mod and I am taking forever to do other things.

I tinted mine the first week I had the car with Lamin-x. They still look great but since I removed the tint from my headlights I needed a change. I am sending my OEMs out to be color matched.

eBay smoked markers
got mine on eBay.. good quality imo, and mine happened to fit flush with the body, even with a visible difference in the back of the reflector.
I'd use the factory mounting cup to get the fit to be closer, that's what I did and it seemed to work great.

1.How much did you pay for the shift knob? Can I see pics?
2.Did you tint the headlights? Or did you paint the inside housings?

We were all waiting for these to come out and i got them quick ....... the w204s look soo much better without the fugly amber markers

The clear side markers were also my 1st mod and i still remember the day i got these clears it was like the very first day they came out with them We were all waiting for these to come out and i got them quick ....... the w204s look soo much better without the fugly amber markers
