Does Service B replaces cabin air filter??

According to our service manual, "COMBINATION FILTER" should be replace every 2 yrs or every service B

Does anyone knos if this combination filter is the same as the cabin air filter??

If it is the same and it is listed as part of service B item, then I assume we shouldn't have to pay extra or get charged to have this filter changed right??
