Installed Polarg M4s in the interior.....
And I'm somewhat disappointed. They are pretty dim compared to the stock yellow colored bulbs. Maybe I should've expected this but I didn't. I do like the color that they give off though, more of a whitish/blue I'd say.
I was expecting more along the lines of my wife's 2010 MDX- her stock bulbs are super white and very bright. Maybe they're LEDs, I didn't want to go with LEDs though due to issues of flickering, etc that I've read on the forum.
So overall, I'm going to leave them....I just wish they were about 25% brighter.
Couple of install notes:
Use the "credit card" method to remove the front dome light assembly...search DIY interior bulbs, and it's a few posts down. It's far far easier to get the bulbs out from above after releasing the clip that holds the entire dome assembly- just twist the bulb holders from above to remove the bulbs.
I also was able to remove the rear domelight with the same credit card. Simply insert the card on one end of the domelight and apply pressure down- it should pop out. Then slide to the other side and do the same. Work from the rear part of the domelight (facing the back).
Once it's out, you can unplug it and work on it outside the car. You have to seperate the two halves to get to the festoon bulb- this is also covered in the DIY referenced above. I did have some trouble getting it snapped back together- so I sprayed some WD-40 on a rag and wiped down the tabs. After that, it snapped back together and I was able to reinsert it.

I got my interior LEDs from there. There are no problems and no flickering. The only difference is the dimming effect when you turn it off. Filament bulbs slowly dim down while the LEDs dim to a certain point and just turns off.
