Oil change
They get mobil 1 5w30 and mobil 1 filter ch8481 for me.
But they don't know how to reset a1 service on my computer !
Isnt any problem with my car ???
Please! I'm noob
However, you should know, they used the wrong oil in your car. It is suppose to take Mobil 1 0w40, not 5w30. Not only is there a viscosity difference, but there are a lot more additives in the 0w40 to help it go the full year.
Why not just take it for an oil change only at the dealership? The only filter I can find with part number ch8481 is a Fram that is paper not fleece filter that is required.
Honestly, just go to the dealership and get it done right.

You can either look around and do a $99 oil change only at dealer or go to a good independent MB shop...
btw, I guess you lease your c300?
My dealership will do an oil change only with Mobil 1 with the correct filter for $80. To me it is worth that much at least to know that the job was done right. You will get no sympathy on here if something goes wrong with your car after Jiffy Lube jacked with it...don't tell your dealership you went there either as it may void your warranty. Legally it shouldn't but you know the stealerships...
So I'd go to the dealer and have them do their oil change only. If they want a ton of money ask if they'll price match. Then tell them that Aristocrat Motors in KC does it for $80. I had an MB indy do one oil change for $120 once, not bad for oil that lasts 13k miles.
