New head lights look lame - makes the front look timid and mousy.

New dash sucks - exposed LCDs look Rice in any car. Overall too bulky VS the flowing / sweeping lines of current dash.

Retracting console cover is 1990s Korean, and 2007+ Honda Civic

Was in the showroom couple days ago looking at GLK and E thinking might change cars. The GLK dash looks agricultural and the exposed LCDs made both cars a non-starter.

Overall looks like MB needed a spot for LEDs in the headlights thus the re design and are cutting interior costs.

Should have just given full LED headlights and better seats plus all models with direct injection fuel system instead of these cosmetic changes which are really a step backwards - IMO.

How can say exposed LCDs look Rice and then say retracting console cover is 1990s Korein and 2007+ Civic. You either have exposed or retracting or no LCD. So I guess you don't want an LCD.

I think the new interior is great. Flows nicely. Materials look good (at least in pics). Looking forward to seeing exterior in person and especially with sport pack before I make a real judgement on the exterior.

Fyi Bentleys have retracting LCDs.

Console - I am referring to the storage compartment behind the shifter - it is going to be a slider door - just like Honda Civic haha.

Pop-up & retracting é concealed LCD is the best - just looks like an afterthought when exposed all the time or at the very least should be able to watch DVD while driving LOL
