Great shots of Coney Island...brings back lots of memories, although with less snow. The Cyclone usually was closed for the winter! Even today, I'd still be up for trudging down that street to Nathan's for a real hot dog and those great fries!! Or, are you closer to Mrs. Stahl's on Brighton Beach Avenue for a fresh knish?

My car didn't move this morning. The plows piled a nice heap of snow next/behind it over night. I walked to work today.

Mrs. Stahls is no longer there.

I need to muster up the energy to get out the house and take some more pictures

+1
I was born in Brooklyn and that sure brings back memories. My brother got to go on the parachute jump (I was a little too young) but I guess that's likely not working anymore. The orginal Nathan's,... what a great dog!

Oh man, I am just a few blocks away and my car looks the same. Forget 4matic, this thing is going to need a miracle.

Zero plowing was done, so I am afraid once they plow I will have a big mountain blocking my car further.

Small world. It's frustrating that most of Southern Brooklyn is still covered in 20" of snow.

Operation "Digg out the C" will commence in about an hour. I have to get to NJ, for the post Christmas shopping. Wish me luck

I had 24 inches of that terrible white stuff. Took almost three hours to dig out as my snowblower crapped out on me.

My car is stuck in the driveway. I share the driveway with many neighbors and they didn't feel like shoveling

My dad just threw out the snow plow attachment for his tractor lawn mower, I would assume we're both feeling the same pain. Hows your back?

See Alex...if you had opted for the highly optional, Euro Spec MB Snow Plow attachment..you would be FINE. If Porsche can do it..you can too!

I was in the Harbor Freight store the other day and saw a snow blower for sale. You must be asking, so what. I live just outside of Montgomery Alabama and we don't get snow. Wondered if Harbor Freight sent snow blowers to southern Florida, California, etc. stores.

Here in Westchester, NY same amount of snow but everything got cleared up already plus my baby was sitting in the garage for 3 days straight lol...I still see in the news that it's been 5 days later since the storm hit and they still don't plow some of the side streets
