At least ET55 in the rear if you are going for 10" and 285 width.

Nice wheels.
I picked up the same size wheels except my rear is an et35. Im curious to see how your fitment turns out.
I am trying to figure out what size tires to go with. Also planning on shaving the the hubs to get the offset to et40-45 (hopefully).
Please keep us updated with your progress.

Found a set of riverside altstadt 1 two piece wheels for dirt cheap. Here are the specs 18x8.5 et36 front & 18x9.5 et36 rear.
Can't wait to strip off the chrome and maybe powder coat it or get it polished.

Vossen CV2 - Contribution

Just adding my contribution to the forum that was instrumental in helping me choose wheels and tires.

I am purposely posting a picture before installing springs; during my research, I could not find any pictures of wheels without suspension (for those out there wondering the same).

Thanks to the forum and TAG Motorsports.

I currently have a set of rear which is 18x9 with an offset of +30.
I have the C250 sport sedan stock.
If I run 235/40/18R PSS will that bit of stretch be able to allow me not to rub? This is a bit urgent, hope some fellow members can help me out. Or suggest other options beside getting new rims. Thanks in advance.

I was going to buy a set of wheels/winter tires for my 08 c300 since it won't sell before we get snowfall here and I wanted to make sure they would work. I currently have 18x8 & 18x8.5 stock amg wheels. I'm looking to get 19x8.5 square setup with 245/40/19 tires on them. Will they work or will it mess up the speedo/cruise or rub? Thanks in advance for all the help and if anyone is looking I have a 08 c300 sport paladium sliver w/45k for sale $19800. P1 package with navi and harmon/kardon

stock ride height and you're rubbing with 265-35-19? kinda wierd.
Maybe try 255-30-19?

Your offsets are wrong, you need ET45 in front and 55 in the rear

Wheel sixe help

I'm looking at picking up a set of Niche M108 wheels for me W204 4matic. I'm going away from the staggered setup and getting 18x8 et42 all around with 235/40/18s Hankook S1 Noble2 tires.

Will they fit? Any rubbing issues?

http://www.customwheelsexpress.com/c...ms-p-1968.html

Has anybody dealt with this company or installed these wheels before?

my tires are 265-30-19 and yeah it rubs like hell. tested by hanging my car at a side slope, it scratches the side of the tire (slightly) unless I pull my fender 2mm out or maybe 255-30-19 will work on this.

Need new tyres. Have OEM C63 rims. Front 8" X 18" with ET 45 & Rear 9" X 18" with ET 54. Planning to go with 235/40/18 (F) and 265/35/18 (R). Just want to know if I will have any 'rubbing' issues.

Factory ordered 2012 MB C350 w/Dynamic Handling Package
I've read EVERY page here and this thread is killing me with suspense!!

I plan on mounting Micheline Pilot Super Sports after my ECU tune and I'm still confused if these tires are considered "skinny" or not.

Tire/wheel sizes will be:
Fronts: 235/40-18x8.5+45
Rears: 265/35-18x9.5+45

I'll be running this setup on stock suspension, however I have the dynamic handling package (which I'm assuming is the same with the exception of the magnetic dampers).
Some seem to run 235/265 fine on 19's using similar offsets while others rub. I'm assuming I'll be right at the borderline and it'll purely be dependent on the tire selection at this point, but I plan on using the Micheline Pilot Super Sports regardless.

I'm positive the fronts will be fine...but is 265/35-18x9.5+45 too optimistic for the rear with the tire selection above?
