thinking about new rims
im completely new at this so i was wondering if i were to change me rims to say 18" or 19" would i have to do any modifications to the suspension or chasis?
also does offset mean? and what is the difference between a concave rim?

Also consider the extra weight of bigger wheels and tires re handling and ride quality.
Unless you are spending the $ ($4-6K) to get the best - the run of the mill cast rims and bigger tires will easily add up to 10 lb per wheel which is Huge for an underpowered car like C250 or C300.
Paint your rims white and will look great !
