What do you guys suggest to make a deeper tone at higher rpms?
So far running stock with x pipe anything else I can Do to make a louder tone more agressive. Btw I live in California so please apply with the strict rules.

I'm confused, did you want a deeper tone at higher rpms, or a louder tone?
Your next cost effective mod should be high-flow mufflers. From there you can take a look at headers and/or high flow cats (that are still legal). If you want more growl or grunt from the front end you could change the air filters to something less restrictive like K&N.
If none of those things suit you, I supposed a ECU tune would be in order. If your taste buds still aren't pleased than I would say step up to a c350 or c63... =P

If you want the most cost effective way but with moderate to maximal gains... You can always delete your mufflers and just run a straight pipe from your x-pipe... It will be louder than what you have right now but the sound quality will not be as good if your running with a high quality exhaust set up.

California Law states that your exhaust should not be louder that 95 decibels when checked at a distance of 20 feet away from the tailpipe at a steady rate of 3,000 RPM.
Honestly, I haven't hardly seen or heard anyone got pulled over because of noise pollution or having a loud sounding exhaust unless you got caught in the middle of the night in a residential area.
Your chances of getting caught with no seatbelt on or with a limo tint on all windows is way higher than having a loud exhaust

Anyways! I want to try a muffler delete too, along with my x pipe that I'll FINALLY be getting next week. I'll probably see how loud it is or if the drone bugs me and decide whether to keep em off or not though. If you ask Kirill or mike_c300 (I think those are their names) as to how their cars are, they should give you some good feedback . They're both running x pipes+no mufflers.
