Mercedes Benz C300 Sport
Both looks good... It's a matter of personal taste
The carbon fiber rear diffuser will blend it nicely if you have matching carbon fiber roof and front lip spoiler. The only problem with carbon fiber is if it was poorly made it can turn yellow in a few months especially when exposed to sunlight for long periods of time

Stick with flat black unless you pony up for the higher quality CF piece. Cheaper ones look like crap yellowing after a few months of exposed sun. I've seen plenty like that and it's like this black gray gold yellow blend.

Or, body color, as with this Eurotech piece...white would really show off the diffuser...black tends to dissolve into the road shadows.

If you have other CF accents then go with the CF diffuser...if not just stick with the black. I definitely wouldn't paint it to match the rest of the car though. I just think it makes the rear end look huge and awkward (sorry Sportstick...just MHO of course)

No problem....Baskin Robbins has 31 flavors for a reason! Although I think the low wide angle shot may worsen the concern you have.
I think black just looks cheap, and one lonely piece of CF seems odd. The dark colors just disappear and lose the detail of the diffuser, so you don't really get the full visual effect. I would paint his white and enjoy being noticeable!
