Do you scrape quiet a bit? Can you make it over speed bumps/into driveway? Im curious because my wife will be driving the car but I dont want to worry about the car bottoming out on speed bumps and scraping the paint off the front bumper and im not sure if just the regular sport springs will make it look nice! Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I assume you can make it over speed bumps no prob. I never had a problem with speed bumps but steep driveways were a problem for me in my last car. Angled entries in/out of driveways are key to keep the front bumper from getting scraped. ( I am sure you know that already)

nah i think u will be aight with supersports even when i had one coil cut off of em still cleared the speed bumps, just watch out for them parking curbs...

usually most people i kno who got the sport springs regret it.... the drop still leaves a sick gap between the wheels and fender...

Super Sports

Make sure you get the 5 mm rear pads to make the drop more even with the front

I have super sports with a front lip... Just be careful when descending a steep slope and watch out for those 3 inch high parking curbs

Do you have a pic of what these look like? So i would just tell the dealer i want 5mm rear spring pads? Also, does 5mm really make a difference?

Stock is 13mm. So yes you are getting an extra 8mm of low...

these pads are suppose to level the car, rather then the rear being raised slightly like stock.

this is what i have gathered from reading posts here.

decrease in thickness... stock pads are 13 mm thick thus making the springs sit 8 mm higher

You may not have read this fresh one:

The problem using H&R SS springs on a 4MATIC

H&R does not make an engineered SS spring set for the 4MATIC.

i might be wrong but i dont recall seeing one like in the back.

my rear is nice with no finger gap but my fronts have at least a finger and a half

There's no pads that go in the front. They are only for the rear.

The 5mm pads in the back is just to make the car straight, even if it creates a gap between the front and the back. By default, the back of the car is more raised from the ground than the front.

no scrape, even with a front lip I am fine...

only problem is on certain driveways, where you must take an angle or you will be f*cked and scrape, so you gotta be careful and watchful of hazards way more than stock
