here is my ride 2010 C250CGi with AMG Sport Package and Dynamic handling electronic suspension.


Recent I have Chipped up my car with the Brabus B25S
Performance enhancement Chip, much better low down surge than Standard especially during kick down.


Other mods so far:
C63 steering wheels with JDM C-class floor mats, harman kardon speakers, C350 brakes and
Prodrive 18inch GC-05k 18x7.5 ET50 front with 5mm spacers, 18x8.5 ET50 Rear

ignition on only without turning on the lights , LED DRL brightness at 100%

light switch at auto mode ,LED DRL brightness at 50%



light switch at parking light mode , brightness at 50%



light switch at fog light mode, brightness at 100%

Sweet looking ride. Where did you get the LEDs? Does it comes with the car or is it aftermarket?

the OEM LED strip is a Retrofit! my car originally come with round fog lamps. I bought it at Local MB parts supplier using the part no. i have found on here

I also bought OEM LED strip for C-Class and did the retrofit same as you; however, the LED too bright at night time.

The original Lighting package comes with lighting module that control the brightness of the LED at night (when low beam/Xenon ON).

Are you experiencing the same problem?

Hey I'm from hk too! Sweet ride, it's basically the same car that I have with similar options. Can you tell me about the Brabus tune? How much was it, does it make a huge difference and lastly does it void your warranty? Thanks a lot.

Sure! PM you the details after I have confirm the part no of the led DRL

Yes, thats why I have a found a special control module to control the light pattern of the led, as u can see from the above pics, led DRL brightness can be adjusted. At low beam it is set for 50% brightness, when "fog light" is switch on , full brightness (100%) will be set.

The BRabus tune is great. The kit includes a tuning box made by Brabus, and a Brabus intercooler. It is not cheap , which is over 20k , but u buy what u have paid for. It has 240hp and 37.7kgm@2000rpm . It is especially noticeable at in gear acceleration, Where the difference is huge. In terms of warranty, risk is there, but u can always remove the tuning at anytime.

As a side note in the previous thread, there is the retrofit for the hockey styled LEDs like on the E class. I saw a 2011 E class today and they no longer have the hockey stick style, its one strip like the C and S

yes you are right, it is exactly what i am looking for. i reckon it is expensive but the build quality of the wiring harness is top notch.

well ,there are3 modes that comes with the control module.
bascally u can switch between 0,50 and 100% brightness

I'm pretty sure Brabus picks up the warranty, maybe they don't do it in HK? I was looking at Brabus tunes in Germany, and they offered to warranty my engine.. I think it was for 4 years, up to 50,000 miles.

yes you are right. Brabus do offer warranty in europe and USA. but the HK distributor said it is not offerd in HK...

CGi = the new Turbocharged Engine. Next year all C model will come with Turbocharged instead of the "Kompressor" (Supercharged)
