c350 cutting resonator out
i was at my buddies performance shop today speaking to the guys there about trying to get a little more power out of my car before i go get my ecu upgraded by renntech and they suggested cutting out the resonator on the exhaust. has any one else here done this and if so what has the out come been?

No; for best performance an X- or H-pipe is superior - it helps with scavenging of the exhaust due to the firing order on V-engines (as one exhaust pulse goes by the pressure in the opposite side of the exhaust decreases drawing more gasses into that side on the next pulse and vice versa).

That is true also; if you haven't changed anything else you're not going to see much if any difference in performance. A little lighter and a little louder, that's all it does.
