Anyone could show me how to change the door pins? I bought the alumunium pins but unable to change. Can not remove the stock one, i already open inner door panels.

All four black plastic OE pins are held on quite securely, the fronts screwed onto the threaded post, the rears snapped on. Both seem to have something similar to Loctite holding them in place. Get a pair of pliers, as I don't think fingers can grip well enough. Grab and rotate the fronts until they loosen, then you can use fingers to unscrew the rest of the way. For the rear, again, grab with pliers and pull up (I also used a slight twisting action), and they will pop off.
The new front pins just screw on...easy. For the rears, I did not want to remove door trim panels, but I have heard of the risk of pushing down too strongly on the lock post, to snap the new ones in place, so I just applied a small drop of glue on the top of the post and placed the rear pins in position. The compromise I mentioned is that when closed, the rear pins are slightly elevated. Not an issue at all for me...just glad to be rid of the black plastic! If you have the panels off already, you may be able to hold the lower end of the lock post when pushing the new pin on to get it to snap into position.
Good luck!

You've gone further than necessary, but this should be fine. When my set arrived, they were on in 10 minutes, but with one small compromise. Here are the details:
All four black plastic OE pins are held on quite securely, the fronts screwed onto the threaded post, the rears snapped on. Both seem to have something similar to Loctite holding them in place. Get a pair of pliers, as I don't think fingers can grip well enough. Grab and rotate the fronts until they loosen, then you can use fingers to unscrew the rest of the way. Also, do the rear OEM plastic pins become "non-replaceable" after you pull them off, or can I apply glue back to them and go back to plastic if needed?

I've tried to upload my photos directly or first saving them onto my computer, and the forum keeps showing an error code that the upload failed. This has not happened before, but I have the shots and will try again later, in case there is a problem with the forum.
The old pins seem reusable. I did not destroy them in any way.

Aren't the rear ones raised slightly so that a rear passenger can unlock the door? I don't think there's a way for them to unlock it otherwise (without the driver/passenger using the power unlock).
I just ordered a set for myself for both front and rear.

Sorry no direct link, and make sure you order two (2) each for BOTH part number.

That would seem to be the case. My rear AMG pins are still slightly raised, but only because I did not risk the downward force to snap them onto the post. Even so, there is no way to get sufficient purchase on the small amount of aluminum still showing to grab it and lift it. With a de-door trimmed installation, I think the rears would be flush when closed.

I installed my OEM AMG pins today. The driver's side went on easily and was a bit loose post install, the passenger's side however required pliers/glove to get in the right spot and was tight all the way down.
The rears however did come off with a straight UP with the pliers and a good straight up YANK. Very simple.
However the rears WOULD NOT stay on at all. I ended up mixing up some 5 minute epoxy and lining the inside of the metal pin with it as I don't intend on ever removing these. That seemed to have secured them, but time will tell. Without the glue they just would fall off after 2-3 unlocks.. I did the same epoxy trick on my loose driver side pin as well.
All in all they all sit in exactly the same place (almost flush) and are perfectly even front and rear.

Mine wouldn't stay put, yet seemed they were all the way down on the stalk. Like I mentioned above, use a little glue and line the inside of the pin with it... place it, let dry and you should be good. No need to remove the door panel IMHO... I guess the other guys in here who didn't need glue got lucky. I saw no way that these things would stay on and I didn't want to "force" the rears down as they say in a perfect place just sitting on top.
+1 for the glue trick on the rears

Everyone else, again, DON'T PUSH THE AMG PINS ON THE REAR POSTS...a touch of glue and place them on, and get the results in the photos shown above.
