As it turns out, it was pretty simple and straight forward. It took me a little over an hour but simply because I has a hard time putting the bulb retainer/pressure spring back on the left headlight. Had it not been for that, I probably would have finished it in half the time.
)), then I slipped the big harness through, slipped the 2 small harnesses after it, slipped the grommet on (and yes, it still covers the small square notch) and connected all the wires. So I connected "the black wire from the HID kit" to the "double black connector on the car's bulb harness", and "red wire from the HID kit" to the "single black connector on the car's bulb harness".
Worked fine for me!!! (May be 'cause the polarity on the harness connecting back into the ballast matched that on the harness into the power supply harness???
)Anyway, thank you lemzen for the direction and help with the install.
And of course, thank you Michael for all your work on getting these lights to us and for all the tips on the install as well.
Also, I read somewhere else on this forum that installing HIDs into the halogen projectors can result in a different beam pattern output and too high of a cut-off... So I took "before" pics of the cutoff (with the halogen bulbs @ 25 feet away from a wall)...
I will also take "after" pics of the cutoff (with HIDs/same distance/same wall) later on tonight and post the before/after comparison.
Then, it'll be on to installing the matching fogs!

I started to do that but it seemed like I would either tear the rubber grommet, or I would have to cut off the end connectors, pass it through and reconnect; didn't want to do either so I simply notched out a small square on the edge of the 7/8" hole (see attached pic (and i forgot to take pics so I just cropped/edited one of lemzen's picture

Not immediately. After polling the forums, it seems like 90% prefer the safely of 35W kits. My next shipment of HID kits will probably throw in a few 55W though to take care of the remaining 10%.
I should further qualify the reason why I took these before/after pics. My biggest pet peeve are these guys who's main purpose is to look different yet they are clueless and could care less that they're blinding oncoming drivers. Thankfully, if you look at beam height and beam pattern, it is very close, so it doesn't look like I'm one of them.

Same picture as above just with a different camera setting:

How To Aim Headlamps and Auxiliary Lamps
BTW, our headlight lenses are marked with "VOL" so for specific measurements, you would have to follow the criteria in the table titled "U.S. D.O.T. headlamps marked VOL" (page 3).
You'll find that the headlight adjustment screws are white, and are located on the dark grey/black headlight housing, just behind the removable dust cap that covers the bulb. If I
Lastly, and if I'm not mistaken, you'll need a 6mm hex driver bit to make any adjustments, though I wouldn't play with it on my own if I were you!

The LEDs randomly turn ON for a few minutes when the car is off or when I open the car via remote - which has resulted in 2 of them prematurely burning out. Could it be that the LEDs are loose inside the housing?
Anyways, if you wanna disable it, go to "Settings" on your instrument cluster controls and look up convenience/lighting and disable "Surround Lighting." Just a heads up for the future.
Also, Mike you got anything new coming out in the near future? I feel like doing something to my car as it's been going through an extended dry spell from modding. I think I might order two pairs of LED's so I can swap out some of the interior lights or something this weekend.
Mike, here's how the LEDs look when the car is ON:

^ ^ Notice that one LED is brighter than the other. The defective LED worked well for a few months, but now it never turns completely on. Same thing is happening on the drivers side. One LED is really bright, meanwhile the other is dim.
When the car is off & I lock or open my doors via remote - this happens:

The LEDs stay "half way lit" for a few minutes and then dim out. Sometimes I look out at the car & see the LEDs randomly turning on and off. My headlight setting is always in the OFF mode, unless its dark outside and I am driving.
