Years ago I had 'Limo Tint' on my wife's Celica all around. She has a medical condition and I was able to get a NYS exemption. Been thinking of something on my black 13 GLK I just picked up. This thread has me thinking....

For some reason in the pictures it does look like it has a very slight greenish hue. In person it is more of a bluish brown, and some angles make it look nearly completely black.
My father has the same tint on his black C300 with tan interior, the tint looks much lighter on his car.

Thanks for the pics. I do see the slight green but definitely not as green as mine. How do you like having different colored windshield? I'm going to tint mine too as soon as I get my windshield replaced due to rock chip. But I think I'm gonna do more research before I decide as I'm gonna redo everything over again with another brand. I think I may go with Johnsons. My coworker has it and I don't see a hint of green at all.

this is my 3rd car with air blue 80 on the windshield, its so light you can't tell there is any tint. But it does do a good job blocking UV and heat.
Before getting air blue installed, my steering wheel would feel too hot to the touch after sitting in the sun for an hour, with air blue, its barely warm at all.
I believe F1 specs say air blue 80 blocks about 43% heat and 99% UV. pretty good for such light colored tint.

Does anyone have 15% front and 10% rear? I would really like to have a look at it?
I currently have 15% all round but thinking of going 10% rear doors and back screen for the wife and baby.
I have a black panoramic sunroof and curious how it would look too.

Tint
This is now 50% all the way around. I like it a lot better than the 35. In certain light it almost looks like there's barely any tint. What I don't like is the greenish hue of Suntek carbon. I don't believe this is because of the stock being green. If anything IMO stock has more blue but not as blue as older mercedes.

Here it is without tint. Maybe I'm just color blind. What do you guys are think?

Just did mine with 20% here in Jersey and went to the DMV Inspection Station to do my inspection and they didn't even looked at it. Since this posting was originally open, laws have changed and they don't mind that much. I go all over the place and cops don't even pay mind to me (maybe the salt and pepper hair distinguished look) or my car.

Thanks for all the pics! Debating 50% versus 35% myself on Iridium Silver with a Black interior. Same as you it appears. I've been stopped for 20% in Silver WRX. Never stopped with 35% but having a C63 in my area will draw enough attention from the law so thinking 50% is safer. I'm sure locals will use any excuse to stop me and see who's driving! I'm 63 and retired!
