Need help about Audio 20 System
My C300 already upgraded total 6 H/K speakers now i want to install 1 center speaker on the dash board and subwoofer in the trunk. I'll order all speaker from MB local dealer. But the problem is:
- is there amplifier on Audio 20 System?
- do i need order H/k amplifier?
- do i have to rewire all the sound system?
- if no need amplifier so how to connect the speaker and sub to the system?
Thank you for any instructions!!!!

Take a look at post 122 about a subwoofer. Unfortunately the HK speakers are less efficient than some others mentioned in this thread, due to more amplifier power. The Audio20 has its amplifier integrated into the headunit.
You could take a few minutes to read the whole thread.

Thank you guys! I read the whole thread, that's good recommendation for sub in the trunk. Can you show me how to connect the sub with Audio 20's head unit. I also read the BASS600.pdf file. The sub is for underseat installation, but you put it in the trunk. Is this still efficient??

Since the installation of the Bass600 shown requires cutting the rear shelf panel, it is just as efficient, (and no, there is no underseat space, although I had thought of putting it visible under the glove box?). Just make sure you put a rubber mat between the enclosure and the bottom of the shelf.
For those who just have to have MORE bass, there is always the Boss Bass1500 10". Should provide 3-4 dB more. Above this level, just custom installations, there are several threads if you search for "subwoofer".
