What do you guys use for music

So I'm just wondering what everyone uses for music when they're driving. I currently just listen to the radio. I usually listen to my ipod but since the aux is inside the glove, it sucks to have wires sticking out from the glove to my ipod.

I use the UMI ipod connecter most of the time, but i started to use an AUX cable cause for some reason, it gives off more bass.

Typically AUX-In from one of many mp3 players. Sometimes CDs (especially when I pick one up new), and rarely auto-seek'd FM Radio when traveling if I'm bored of the msuic I brought.
Windows down is typically saved for summer's nights when you can hear crickets and the like as you cruise by.

For the people who uses Aux in and cannot control the mp3 player from the steering wheel.

Do you guys just have wires sticking out from the glove compartment like I do?

@UndeadUndies: Poll is fatally flawed, you dont include direct connections via the iPod Interface, the UMI or the UCI. So how can these people answer? That´s the point of the poll isnt it? And here you are complaining about a cable sticking out of your glove box? Not to mention music streaming via Bluetooth?

Yeah I missed some options for the poll since I didn't know what everything was called. If they wanted to list more that I missed than they could just reply in the thread. I thought all connections go to the mp3 player anyways so I just put mp3 player as one whole device.

The thread is titled "What do you guys use for music?" I have NO MP3´s, but over 5000 compositions selectable through the speedo interface. A great number of W204's have PCMCIA slots, which is also NOT an "MP3 player".

If it's a poll, then all the possibilities should be listed. Like streaming music from your Blackberry with 3G (soon to be 4G with 10Mbps bandwidth). No MP3 player, CD or radio here, just Internet. Don't forget the 30GB hard drive in the Nav systems, which will store about 1000 tunes plus the maps. And plays DVD's too.

I use the aux with my ipod and have the wires sticking out. I hate radio music so I don't mind it at all

You're crazy. You're not voting for the next president here. I already said I missed some things because I don't know what all the connections are. What do you want from me? Just reply with what you're playing your music on if it's not one of the options on the poll.

It's not that hard man.

Edit: I guess I should of listed "OTHER" as one of the options.

I use my iPhone, but not through the traditional AUX port. I bought a blackberry A2DP streamer that powers from the car charger port in the glovebox and connects straight to the AUX port right next to it. I have all the cables neatly zip tied to give it a neat and compact look.

I then use my iPhone to automatically connect to the Blackberry A2DP transmitter (in addition to my MB bluetooth) and its seamless connection and great sound quality. Nothing like a ZERO cable solution. It also works for navigation apps and anything else. So I just use my app "waze" for navigation which dims down the music in the background for directions (free turn by turn with user-generated traffic) and all of this is done wirelessly.

Put MP3, meaning my iPhone, but also use Pandora, and XM/Sirius.

We have two items available for this.. they Anystream and StereoStream. Which one to use depends on the connection you have in the car, and features you want. They are currently the Product of the Month - and easily accessible on the upper left part of any of our web pages.

Poll = fail!

I use Sirius but probably wont be renewing it when the trail period ends.
For my music library, I use a 16GB memory card - the sound quality is excellent (far superior to Sirius's horrible compression). Also, with the new COMAND system you can use voice commands to search across all media / hard drive for songs by keyword, artist, title, album, etc - and it actually works well to my shock!!!

Also, even HD radio sounds better than Sirius!
