send contact list to car phone?

send contact list to car phone?
Does anyone know how to send my phone contacts to my phone book on my car? I do not have the navi 7in pop up media setup just the normal one. And I have a HTC Thunderbolt. Basicly like an iPhone better lol

On my C300 with Audio20 from a Nokia, had to send contacts business card by business card, one at a time. If there were just a single action SYNC, that would be great, as I am adding/deleting contacts all the time.
Does anyone know?
