Post Repair or replace front bumper cover

I probably do like many others and sometimes I park too close to the concrete block and it scratches my front bumper.

I went to the dealer and they are asking for a totally ridiculous amount of money to only Repair, not even replace.

Not sure if I can order that part on my own?
Probably I'm not that good so that I can paint myself.
But how much should I expect to pay for the painting? I have the steel gray paint.

I have a steel gray too. I had mine sanded down, painted and clear coated for $400. It was spot on.

I also had them install my CF front lip spoiler (3M acrylic plus automotive tape around the edges reinforced with 6 tapping screws) which they did for free.

I had multiple quotes from 3-4 auto body shops in my area. The cheapest quote I got was from Maaco for $200.
