Man, these things are a royal pain in the *** to remove (primarily the driver's side one).

Spray or film? I want to tint mine also since I blacked out the chrome, but I don't want spray.

Film, used a translucent film on the lens, a matte black film on the chrome.

Can you take a picture both nighttime and daytime with the drl on? Just wondering if it has any effect on the brightness

The DRL's are still pretty visible in the daytime, I can see them reflecting in the back of cars in front of me. It's a marginal decrease in light output, plus those are just lights to be more visible, the DRL's aren't used to actually illuminate anything.

The led's are almost too bright sometimes. I bet these look great during the day and they also look great on the car.

Thanks! Yeah that's next on the list, I'm going to see what the molding looks like with the matte black vinyl on it, if I don't dig it, it's coming off entirely. That's on the list for this week, along with blacking out the chrome around the windows.

Got the AMG spoiler on last night. Best advice I can give you- have a friend help, and do it in a very well lit area. once you clean the area and use the primer, that thing is a true ***** to pull off. Trust me I know. That being said, the $74 ebay spoiler looks great, paint matches perfectly, and is nice and glossy! Came very well packaged too.

Also I used the black vinyl to black out the chrome strips along the bottom of the doors, came out great!

Looks good but a little chrome is peeping out of the trim. I did hat on my '08 on the '11 I just took it off looks better IMHO.

Not sure why it showed up like that but it's not, no worries, I was careful. I actually did have to re-do one because some chrome was showing.
